Wisdom Teeth Removal

Taking care of problem teeth, gently

Wisdom teeth don’t always cause issues, but when they do, it can mean pain, swelling, or difficulty keeping the area clean. In these cases, removing them can help protect your overall oral health and prevent further problems.

At Euston Place Dental Practice, we plan every treatment carefully and focus on keeping you comfortable throughout, with sedation options available if needed.

Wisdom teeth may need to be removed if they:
  • Cause pain or swelling
  • Get stuck beneath the gum (impacted)
  • Are difficult to clean properly
  • Affect neighbouring teeth
  • Lead to infection or gum problems

We’ll always assess things properly first and only recommend removal if it’s the right option for you.

A calm, carefully planned procedure

Using detailed imaging, we plan everything in advance so your treatment is as straightforward as possible. Where required, CBCT scanning allows us to assess the position of the tooth and surrounding structures in far greater detail before treatment begins.

The procedure itself is carried out with a gentle approach, and we’ll guide you through clear aftercare to help you recover comfortably.

Our aim is simple. To make the whole experience feel calm, controlled, and easy to manage.

Bone Grafting

Creating a strong foundation for your smile

Bone grafting is used to rebuild or strengthen the jawbone, often as a first step before dental implants, or after a tooth has been lost.

At Euston Place Dental Practice, we plan every stage carefully, using modern techniques to support long-term stability and successful outcomes.

At Euston Place Dental Practice, advanced imaging and digital treatment planning help us assess the area accurately and prepare treatment with greater precision and successful outcomes.

When a tooth is lost, the bone in that area can gradually shrink over time. Bone grafting helps rebuild that space, creating a solid foundation for future treatment.

Your dentist might recommend it for

  • The preparation of dental implants
  • Areas where bone has reduced after an extraction

Supporting the overall structure and health of your jaw.

Carefully targeted treatment

The grafting material is placed precisely where it’s needed, where it gradually integrates with your natural bone as it heals.

We’ll monitor your progress closely to make sure everything is healing as it should, giving you the best possible outcome.

With the right planning and aftercare, bone grafting can make future treatment more predictable, and longer lasting.

Gum Surgery

Restoring healthy gums, gently and carefully

Healthy gums are the foundation for strong, stable teeth. Sometimes, when gum problems become more advanced, or when the gum line needs improving, surgical treatment can be the best way forward.

At Euston Place Dental Practice, treatment is carried out by an experienced team, with a focus on restoring health and supporting long-term stability.

Gum surgery may be recommended to:
  • Treat more advanced gum disease
  • Reduce deep gum pockets
  • Improve the shape or balance of the gum line
  • Support other restorative or cosmetic treatments

We’ll always tailor your treatment to your specific needs, with a clear plan for the long term.

A calm, supportive approach

We combine clinical expertise with clear, honest communication, so you always know what to expect and can feel at ease throughout.

If needed, sedation is available to help you feel more relaxed during treatment.

Our aim is simple: to restore your gum health and create a strong, stable foundation for your future oral health.

Cleft Palate Surgery

Specialist care, carefully coordinated

Cleft palate treatment is a highly specialised area of care, typically managed within a multidisciplinary hospital team. At Euston Place Dental Practice, we support patients as part of their ongoing dental care, working alongside specialist providers to ensure continuity and long-term oral health.

Patients who’ve undergone cleft palate treatment often require ongoing dental support, including:
  • Preventive care and hygiene
  • Orthodontic planning
  • Restorative treatment
  • Monitoring of oral development

We provide a calm, supportive environment where care is coordinated carefully with your wider clinical team.

Sedation for complete reassurance

We understand that surgical treatment can feel daunting.

For patients who are anxious, or undergoing longer procedures, we offer intravenous (IV) sedation in-house.

Because we provide both surgery and sedation on-site, your care remains seamless and fully supported by a team who already know you.
