Urgent care, when you need it most.
If you’re experiencing a dental emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. For registered patients, we aim to provide same-day emergency appointments during our normal working hours (Monday to Friday).
Outside of these times, we operate our own out of hours on-call service to make sure you’re supported when urgent care can’t wait.

Our emergency on-call service operates:
Weekdays
5.30pm – 8.00pm
Weekends
9.00am – 8.00pm
Public holidays
9.00am – 12.00pm
Please call the practice number in the first instance. A recorded message will provide instructions on how to reach the on-call dentist.
Depending on your membership plan, a call-out fee may apply.
NHS 111 & medical emergencies
If the practice and on-call service are closed, you can contact NHS 111 for urgent dental advice.
Call 111 if you need urgent medical help but it’s not life-threatening.
For severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, or any life-threatening emergency, please call 999 immediately.
