Principal Dentist / Partner

Dr Paul Mulligan is one of the partners at Euston Place Dental Practice and has been part of the practice for over 20 years. Originally from Manchester, he qualified from the University of Birmingham before joining the team in 2004.

Having experienced challenging dental care himself when he was younger, Paul is deeply attuned to how patients feel in the chair. His philosophy is simple: treat others as you would wish to be treated. Compassionate, contemporary and comfortable care sits at the heart of everything he does.

He is proud to be part of a team that shares a strong sense of purpose and pride in delivering the very highest standards.

Outside the practice, Paul enjoys staying active and volunteering as a junior rugby coach, often found pitch-side with one of his four sons.

He looks forward to welcoming you and ensuring your experience at Euston Place Dental Practice is a positive one.

Dr Doug Watt

Dr Doug Watt is one of the partners at Euston Place Dental Practice and brings a practical, patient-focused approach to his dentistry. With a strong interest in science and hands-on work, dentistry offered the perfect blend of precision, problem-solving and people.

He believes in treating patients as individuals, not just teeth, involving them in discussions, exploring options together and ensuring they feel fully informed and comfortable throughout their care – particularly important when supporting nervous patients.

Doug is proud to be part of a practice with a heritage dating back to the 19th century, while continuing to lead the way in digital dentistry and modern techniques.

Outside the practice, he’s a keen guitarist and singer, enjoys snowboarding, and previously competed in national kickboxing competitions.

Dr Charlie Buckle

Principle Dentist / Partner

Drawn to a hands-on profession that combined science with working closely with people, Dr Charlie quickly found his calling in clinical care.

Charlie believes in doing the very best for his patients with the least intervention possible. Prevention, long-term thinking and clear communication are central to his philosophy, ensuring patients understand their options and feel equipped to maintain their oral health well into the future.

He values being part of a dedicated team where patient wellbeing is always the priority, and where high standards are a shared commitment.

Outside the practice, Charlie enjoys running, cycling and staying active, as well as keeping up with family life and his children.

Dr Sian Mulligan

Associate Dentist – Orthodontics

Dr Sian Mulligan provides orthodontic treatment for children and adults using fixed braces and Invisalign.

After qualifying from the University of Birmingham, she went on to complete a Master’s degree in Orthodontics at the University of Warwick. Originally from Cardiff and a fluent Welsh speaker, Sian combines clinical precision with a calm, supportive approach.

She takes time to ensure every patient feels informed, comfortable and confident throughout their smile journey.

Dr Sarah Watt

Dr Sarah was drawn to dentistry from a young age, having experienced a lot of dental treatment herself as a child. With a love of science and a desire to work closely with people, dentistry felt like the natural path.

Her approach centres on building genuine connection and helping patients to feel at ease. She takes time to notice when someone may be feeling unsure and creates space to calmly talk things through. Sarah is particularly wonderful with children. She’s been known to give thorough check-ups to the occasional teddy bear.

She values being part of our forward-thinking team that continually strives for the highest standards of care.

Outside the practice, Sarah enjoys exploring with her dog and spending time with her family, and has even scuba dived with whales.

Dr Kirpal Dhaliwal

Dr Kirpal is an associate dentist at Euston Place Dental Practice, known for his energetic personality and patient-first approach. He believes dentistry is about far more than treating teeth, it’s about understanding the person behind the smile and working together to find the right solution.

Kirpal enjoys talking patients through their options clearly and collaboratively, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their care.

Outside the practice, he leads a busy life with his three children and a strong passion for sport. A dedicated martial artist with black belts in karate and taekwondo, he has even competed internationally, and has appeared on television shows including Total Wipeout and Ninja Warrior. The question is, will he make it on the Gladiators next?

Dr Aman Gill

Dr Aman has a special interest in restorative dentistry. Drawn to healthcare from an early age, he was inspired by the blend of science and artistry that it offers, combining precision with creativity to improve both health and confidence.

His approach to patient care is grounded in respect, honesty and clear communication. Aman believes in taking time to understand the goals of each patient and tailoring treatment plans to achieve the best possible long-term outcome.

He values the collaborative, forward-thinking environment at Euston Place Dental Practice, where the entire team works together to deliver exceptional care.

Outside of dentistry, Aman enjoys DIY projects, renovating and building, as well as travelling and spending time with family. He recently climbed Mount Fuji during a trip to Japan.

Sophina brings nearly 13 years of experience to her role as a dental hygienist at Euston Place Dental Practice. Inspired by a positive experience with her own dentist growing up, she has built her career around prevention, patient education and helping people feel confident in their oral health.

Having started as a dental therapist in NHS practice, she now focuses on delivering thorough, supportive hygiene care in a progressive, forward-thinking clinical environment.

Outside dentistry, Sophina loves baking and travelling, with Italy firmly at the top of her wish list.

Jessica Lloyd

Jess has eight years’ dentistry experience, graduating in 2017. At Euston Place Dental Practice, she focuses primarily on hygiene care, supporting patients with the management of periodontal (gum) disease and providing tailored advice to help maintain long-term oral health.

She works closely with our dentists to ensure care is seamless and coordinated, always prioritising each patient’s individual needs. Building trust and helping patients feel comfortable in the chair are central to her approach.

Jess values the safe, supportive environment at Euston Place Dental Practice and the shared commitment to delivering high standards of care.

Outside of dentistry, she’s passionate about charity work, having volunteered overseas in Cambodia as well as supporting local community initiatives. She also enjoys keeping fit and spending time with family and friends.

Alisha Lall

Alisha was inspired to join the profession after growing up in a dental household – her mum is a hygienist. With a natural desire to help people, dental therapy felt like the perfect fit.

Alisha is great at supporting nervous patients. She takes time at the start of appointments to talk through any previous experiences or concerns, helping patients feel heard and understood. Using calming techniques such as guided breathing and simple distractions, she focuses on making each visit as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

Alisha values the caring, team-focused environment at our practice, where everyone shares the same goal of delivering a positive patient experience.

Outside of work, she loves baking and spending time with family and friends.

Riana qualified from the University of Birmingham as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist and has since worked in Warwickshire.

She ensures her patients are cared for in a comfortable environment and is passionate about providing personalised prevention plans for each patient, whilst emphasising the link between oral care and overall wellbeing.

Outside of work, Riana enjoys running and her next goal is to run a marathon. She also loves travelling and is a big foodie!

Rebecca is a forward thinking hygienist with a diverse background in dentistry, and has since graduated in Oral Health sciences in 2018 with an overall distinction.

Her commitment to ongoing learning ensures that she remains at the forefront of dentistry and is equipped to deliver the highest quality of care to her patients.

Rebecca takes pride in her warm chair side manor and ability to adapt each appointment to her patient’s needs.She has a keen interest in periodontal disease, nervous patients, prevention and maintaining and treating implants.

Outside of the practice Rebecca has written educational dental content. In her spare time Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, the gym and is a big foodie with a love for Michelin star restaurants.

Hannah has worked as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist in general practice with adults and in hospital environments within paediatric dentistry departments gaining a wealth of knowledge and skills working alongside professors and consultants.

She is always looking to progress in her career and keeps up to date with regular dental training in the latest procedures and techniques. She has a genuine passion for dentistry and is meticulous in her approach to her work. She loves to provide patients with the tools and knowledge to be able to improve their oral health regime at home.

Hannah’s demeanour seems to put those around her at ease and is able to help anxious patients feel relaxed. She wants nothing more than to give her patients a positive dental experience whilst still providing the necessary treatment required.
