We are thrilled to share some exciting news about one of our dedicated team members, Shannon Wilkes. Shannon, an orthodontic dental nurse here at Euston Place Dental Practice in Leamington Spa and has recently had her work published in the prestigious Nature Journal

In her article, Shannon outlines her remarkable career journey, which began with an apprenticeship at Euston Place Dental Practice over seven years ago. Since then, she has been committed to providing excellent patient care and has continuously expanded her expertise. Shannon qualified as a dental nurse in November 2018 and earned her Certificate in Orthodontic Nursing in November 2021. Her dedication to the field is evident in her role as Dental Monitoring Coordinator, where she manages patient care with advanced dental monitoring technologies.

Shannon’s article also highlights her passion for volunteering, including a memorable 16-day trip to Cambodia with Dentaid, where she contributed to global dental health. Her commitment to excellence was recognized when she was awarded Dental Nurse of the UK, a testament to her dedication and passion for dental nursing.
